zchase.studio (UEN 53521099W, Singapore) keeps data collection to the minimum a working website needs. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless and aggregate: page views, referrers, approximate region, device class, and performance timings. They do not build individual profiles, and we do not run advertising trackers.

Email you send us. If you contact francis.ong@zchase.studio, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, email address, and your message. We use it to reply and to carry out any work you engage us for, and we keep the correspondence for as long as the business relationship reasonably requires.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell personal data, run third-party advertising, or use tracking cookies. The site sets no cookies for visitors.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure processes standard request logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site. See Vercel’s own privacy documentation for details.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to francis.ong@zchase.studio and we’ll respond promptly.

Changes

If our practices change — for example, if we add a contact form — this page will be updated first.
